  NEVER will I order from this location again! First off the way your employees answer the phone is ridiculous and a joke plus don't have me start on my order not being right when we got there. Once we got home and opened our pizzas one of them was hard as a rock Burt to a Krisp I couldn't even rip the pizza! I called to speak to an manger an got hung up on by the same gentleman that took my order so I called again and The same employee answered with "ay yo Wes closed" The managment here is clearly a joke once I got to speak to one of them they told me I was lying about my pizza and that she asked her employee and he stated he did not answer the phone with that manor. To the manger i spoke to your customer service is Very poor and your employees are jokes clearly nothing but little punks maybe you should pay more attention to who your hiring!

  Their pizza is usually really good however their service is quite bad at times. Every time I go there it takes super long. One time they basically forgot out order. Another time I ordered two large pizzas and the girl brings me two mediums and wasn't even going to address the fact that they had my order wrong. When I gave her a look and asked were they larger, she said they ran out of large pizza crust. It wasn't until I asked for a refund that she finally said they were giving us two mediums for one large and turns around and grabs two more medium pizzas. Then the rude girl proceeded to tell me that the guy who took my order wasn't supposed to sell anymore larges, no apologies or anything were given. So taking the high road I thank her for making it right by giving us two more mediums. Her response was, "well now we're out of medium crust cuz we did that". As if it was my fault. She was incredibly rude. Then this last time we ordered from them, once again it took so much longer then it should've but also once we got the pizzas, there was hardly any cheese on them. The guy was polite this time and gave me a credit for next time.
  I will probably use the credit then be done with them if they can't get it right again.

  Horrible timing wings are over cooked pizza comes cold and takes longer then a hour and i live leas then 5 minutes away in the same town. This is why i support local business like jrs pizza they are always on time and better quality
